Vishnu Temple is also known as Devaraja Perumal Koil. This stone temple is constructed with a unique style of Rajendra Chola I, facing eastern side and consists of Sanctum Sanctorum, Ardhamandapam and Maha mandapam. Inscriptions of Rajendra Chola I is mentioned about the names of the Lakes as “Kaalakanda Pereri”, “Kandarathiththa Pereri”.
